Since our founding, we have advocated for low-income neighbors, particularly Hispanic community members. Like many places, Northfield faces challenges with substandard housing. We played a key role in advancing tenant rights and working with the city on their new rental ordinance.

We also support residents of Viking Terrace, Northfield’s largest manufactured home park with 180 homes, as they navigate issues with their new owners. Additionally, we assist Habitat for Humanity by providing interpretation services for Spanish-speaking clients and actively support affordable housing initiatives in our area.
